How nutrition fuels concentration and learning

A question we hear (all too) often: how can we put together a lunch that is both balanced and appealing for our children’s midday break? How can we be sure that their lunch box will be enjoyed and come back… empty?

We asked Bérénice Jaime, registered dietitian based in The Hague, to shed light on the challenges of school lunches. She also agreed to share her perspective on the menus we have designed for the next three weeks.
