Abonnements can be changed or cancelled directly from your dashboard:

• Changes require 10 calendar days’ notice

• Cancellations require 1 full calendar month’s notice

Please inform us of any one-off absences by email at info@delidej.com.

Schools do not always inform us when your child is absent.

Refunds are possible with at least 10 calendar days’ notice.

Refunds are processed within 15 calendar days.

When can I request a refund ?
A refund may be granted when a cancellation or change is made within the deadlines set out below:
– single order: the request must be made no later than 5 calendar days before delivery.
– Subscription change: changes can be made no later than 10 calendar days before delivery.
– Subscription cancellation: 1 full calendar month’s notice is required.

How can I change or cancel a subscription ?
Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled directly on the DeliDej website (in your dashboard)

What should I do if my child is absent on an exceptional basis ?
In the event of a one-off absence, parents must send an email to info@delidej.com to make the request.
Important: schools do not always inform us
Even when your child is absent from school, the school does not always notify us.
This means that it is the parents’ responsibility to inform DeliDej directly. Without a message from you within the required timeframe, we cannot guarantee a refund or adjustment.

How long does it take to receive a refund ?
When a refund is due, it will be processed within 15 calendar days following the request.

If my child is absent, will I automatically receive a refund ?
No. A child’s absence does not automatically trigger a refund.
For a refund or adjustment to be possible, parents must inform DeliDej within the applicable deadlines.

What happens if the request is sent too late ?
If the request is made after the deadline, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund, as the meals have already been planned or committed to production.

Why do these deadlines apply ?
Our meals are prepared in advance, and our organisation relies on anticipated quantities. These deadlines allow us to adjust production as accurately as possible and reduce food waste.
