Without a message from you within the required timeframe, we cannot guarantee a refund or adjustment.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How long does it take to receive a refund ?<br>When a refund is due, it will be processed within 15 calendar days following the request.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If my child is absent, will I automatically receive a refund ?<br>No. A child\u2019s absence does not automatically trigger a refund.<br>For a refund or adjustment to be possible, parents must inform DeliDej within the applicable deadlines.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What happens if the request is sent too late ?<br>If the request is made after the deadline, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund, as the meals have already been planned or committed to production.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why do these deadlines apply ?<br>Our meals are prepared in advance, and our organisation relies on anticipated quantities.
