Pourquoi boire souvent doit devenir un r\u00e9flexe pour nos enfants ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019avis de notre nutritionniste, B<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>r<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>nice Jaime<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous n\u2019avons pas toujours en t\u00eate que le corps d\u2019un enfant est compos\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 70 % d\u2019eau avant l\u2019adolescence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En maternelle et primaire, les enfants sont tr\u00e8s actifs : ils bougent beaucoup et transpirent davantage. Ils ont donc besoin de boire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019eau est indispensable au bon fonctionnement de notre organisme : elle r\u00e9gule, transporte et prot\u00e8ge. Elle soutient les performances cognitives et physiques en favorisant la circulation sanguine et en apportant de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne au cerveau et aux muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un enfant bien hydrat\u00e9 se fatigue moins vite et se concentre mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment rep\u00e9rer un manque d\u2019hydratation ?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un petit indice facile \u00e0 observer : la couleur des urines. Si elles sont fonc\u00e9es et odorantes, c\u2019est souvent le signe qu\u2019il faut boire davantage. D\u2019autres signaux peuvent aussi appara\u00eetre : fatigue inhabituelle, maux de t\u00eate, difficult\u00e9s de concentration\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle est la quantit\u00e9 journali\u00e8re de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Environ\u00a0<strong>1 litre<\/strong>\u00a0pour les plus jeunes (soit 5 verres)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jusqu'\u00e0\u00a0<strong>1.5 litres<\/strong>\u00a0pour les plus grands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et on ajoute&nbsp;<strong>0.5 litre<\/strong>&nbsp;en cas de chaleur ou d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important d\u2019encourager vos enfants \u00e0 boire de l\u2019eau r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, \u00e0 la maison et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L'approche DeliDej<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien manger, c\u2019est aussi bien s\u2019hydrater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la distribution de nos lunch-box, nous servons de l\u2019eau \u00e0 chaque enfant.
